i am not dead yet nor i am alive.
Its the transition period which will raise me above the pangs and the prosperity of this materialistic world.
Its the most difficult time , as the change is always resisted to happen.
I am not dead yet as i am still living in the time zone defined by the rising of the sun and setting of the moon. Rising sun has a cyclic tendency to daily become visible and then un-visible and so do I have, i daily sleep and then wake up yet i am not dead yet nor i am alive.
Remebering the cyclic tendency, it creates a pangs as what has happened will come once again and i am not ready to face it again. Dont you think i deserve freedom from all this pangs. Hopefully yes.
Freedom is all what is desired by every one, but sometimes it beccomes the bone of contention when someone tries to monitor others' freedom. This creates a war situation which if not all, most of us don't like or to be truly said, hate this war. Then why we always induge in war. It is the brain child of the handful of the person who want to control the freedom of most of us. And then under this condition i am not dead yet nor i am alive.
The hate thus created in us lead to some other evils which can be anything and depends on the individual to individual. No one can blame other, as each one is under this hatred and not even a single one is transparent, thus making the life miserable. But i am not dead yet nor i am alive.
Why not we come out of all this cyclic tendencies and hatred and try to overcome the pangs which are pre-concieved by all of us and unknowingly increase this.
But one cycle needs to be completed and thus the actions in that cycle will lead to the transition period which in turn will lead to the freedom, thus relieving from the pangs and the prosperity of this materialistic world.
Till them i am not dead yet, nor i am alive.

the lucrative word called : promotion
Promotion very oftenly listened from the Boss.
Promotion available to some one after this appraisal cycle or your boss will say, you must be positive and keep workng and in the next cycle you will get. As the time passes by, cycles move, but the promotion never happens.

Reason lies in the bossism of the corporate culture which in India is very high as the employee are in abundant in the service industry and due to unemployment for every one fired, 15 minimum will be available for the same job.
See how easy for the boss to fire and get the new one on he job.
But where is the promotion, said a cycle before. Boss himself doesn't have any idea to why it was given to say 'X' person. If you ask why, forget to get promotion even in the next cycle and then we say we have open culture and organisation encourage why???
Is it really true ...
might be...but in some 30% there is error in the promotion , as it is based on the perception of the boss about you and not the actuall work. This leads to perception as a major criterion for the promotion which in turns leads to the discouragement of the 'Why' culture, thus subjecting to the wrong decissions of the Boss. But as said boss is always right, we have to accept whatever it is, or else leave .
But where would you go...
